## Automatic targeting

Refyne can infer the target from the active app, window, and request. Use Automatic when you move between tools and want Refyne to choose the target.

Supported targets include Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, OpenCode, T3 Code, and Cursor.

## Choose a fixed target

Set a target in Settings when you want every refinement to follow one agent's preferred instruction style. The target changes prompt structure, not the model used to perform the refinement.

Note: Use a persona for your role or working style. Use a coding-agent target for the tool that receives the prompt.
