Text resources
- Product summary and documentation index
/llms.txt - Product summary and all guides in one file
/llms-full.txt - Prompt library with source credits and licenses
/prompts.md
Individual guides use the HTML guide URL with .md appended and are served as text/markdown. Append .txt instead for text/plain when a fetch tool rejects Markdown. Missing guides return HTTP 404. The HTML guides are the canonical search pages.
Product facts
- Product
- Refyne is a native macOS app that refines instructions for coding agents and returns the result to the original input field.
- Availability
- Refyne is in private preview. Public downloads and subscriptions are not open. Join the waitlist for availability updates.
- Requirements
- macOS 26 Tahoe or later and Apple Silicon. Accessibility and Input Monitoring permissions enable text capture and shortcuts. Microphone permission is needed only for voice dictation.
- Supported agents
- Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, OpenCode, T3 Code, and Cursor. Terminal capture depends on an identified supported session and the available bridge.
- Refine shortcut
- Hold Fn + Control to refine the selected text or supported focused prompt field. Review the result before sending it to your coding agent. Shortcuts can be changed in Settings.
- Modes
- Auto adapts refinement depth to the task. Coding clarifies implementation work. One Shot expands a short request into a more complete task brief.
- Workspace context
- A connected local workspace can supply relevant files and symbols. File tags can attach matching files. Selected context is filtered for secrets before cloud refinement.
- Cloud refinement
- Prompt refinement requires an internet connection. Prompts and selected context are sent to the configured cloud provider. The target coding agent changes prompt guidance, not the refinement provider.
- Privacy
- Local history and on-device voice stay on your Mac. Telemetry and server-side prompt retention are off by default. Quality examples and cloud voice are separate opt-in choices.
